Theodore Veligrakis - Founder/Director
Theo currently serves as Vice President Exploration for Blue Moon Metals (TSX-V: MOON.V), with active projects in Norway and California.
He has over 13 years of experience in mineral exploration, spanning world-class Au-Ag epithermal, Au-Pb-Zn-Ag carbonate replacement, Cu-Au porphyry, skarn, and VMS deposits. His work has taken him across the Western Tethyan Mineral Belt (SE Europe), the Caledonian Copper Belt (Norway), the Moroccan Atlasic Metallogenic Belt (W. Africa) and the Foothill Gold Belt of the Sierra Nevada (USA).
Previously, Theo was the Exploration Manager for Adriatic Metals (ASX: ADT) in Bosnia & Herzegovina, where he contributed to the discovery of the Rupice NW polymetallic deposit (8.3 Mt @ 545 g/t AgEq), effectively doubling the project’s mine life to 20 years.
Before Adriatic Metals, Theo was the Senior Exploration Geologist for Tethyan Resources (TSX-V: TETH) in Serbia and a Generative Exploration Geologist for Eldorado Gold (TSX: ELD / NYSE: EGO) in Greece. He is a Fellow both of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Geological Society of London.
Michael Horner - Advisor
Currently the CFO of Adriatic Metals (ASX: ADT) based in the UK. Before being appointed CFO, Michael was the Head of Business Development of Adriatic Metals. He brings over 10 years of progressive mining industry experience across M&A, capital markets, finance and operations.
Daniel Rickleman

Gold, copper and diamond exploration and development experience in China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Australia including Rio Tinto, Eldorado Gold and Manas Resources.
Key roles in resource growth through to Feasibility Studies of 3.1Moz Jinxi-Yelmand Gold project in Western China, now in production, and the Shambesai Carlin Gold project, the only new gold discovery in the Kyrgyzstan since independence in a region not previously known for hosting Carlin-type deposits.
MSc in Ore Deposit Geology and Evaluation from UWA, Master of Applied Finance from Kaplan and BSc in Geoscience from the UOW. SEG F 2006. He is the co-founder and the President of Pallas Resources
Simon Cooper - Advisor

Geologist & Mining Engineer with boots on the ground experience in Central Asia, Australia and Africa; and M&A experience across five continents.Early employee of Vox Royalty, transformed from private to dual-listed (NASDAQ/TSX) and >60 royalties.Led efforts to carry out early-stage technical works and feasibility studies for the Taldybulak copper/gold deposit (6.7Moz Au) in Kyrgyzstan. Designed and managed multi-year, multi-million-dollar exploration campaigns in NSW and QLD.MSc Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines (Dean’s Commendation) and BSc Geology from University of New South Wales.Simon is also the a co-founder and the CEO of Pallas Resources.
Jon Christian ('JC') Evensen - Advisor

President of Eucalyptus Resources; 10+ years’ experience in investment banking & investment management focused on natural resources.
Currently Board Advisor for Pallas Resources
Most recently served as member of the Board of Directors to Patriot Battery Metals.
Previously with Luminus Management (US Hedge Fund) where he built the metals & mining vertical to invest over $1 billion across the capital structure along with physical commodities and commodity futures
Thomas Woolrych - Advisor
Economic Geologist & Portfolio Manager
Thomas has over 20 years of international experience across Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa. At Deutsche Rohstoff, he leads business development and portfolio management, focusing on discovery investing (“geological alpha”) and commodity cycles (“commodity beta”).
He has held key roles at Fugro, Blackthorn Resources, Nzuri Copper, and BHP Billiton, and is a founder/director at Group 11 Exploration and technical advisor to Pallas Resources.
Thomas holds a BSc in Geology (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Science Communication from ANU, and has published both peer-reviewed and popular geoscience content.
